[Dxbase] Vista and Windows7 WINHLP32.exe and MACROs -- who is having probs?

For anyone who can not get the  HELP FILES to work correctly on a VISTA or Windows7
O/S -- the TWO steps needed to be done are quite simply and very straight-forward -- but, 
if you have tried to get it done - and simply can not get the HELP FILES to work as 
it should -- send me an email (directly) ....

This is one instance where the Team Viewer will be very handy..
