[Dxbase] Refdata update (Joe wa6axe)

All DXbase2007 users:

I have posted an update to my    Refdata/Logbook Analyzer and Updater program (now -- version 4.35) ..

This was done after talking with Bill Moore at the DXCC Desk and also rcving an email from
Roman (R5AA) - who is the President of the SRR .. It appears that the wheels of progress
do not move real fast -- so, since the DXCC Desk is taking the  Updated Russian Prefixes
on a CASE-BY-CASE basis; and, since the SRR people are waiting for the DXCC-AC
-- then I have decided to move DXbase2007 Refdata BACK to the previous structure for the 

R8, R9, RA8-RZ9 and UA8-UI9 (with F, S, T, W or X as the first letter 
in the suffix)

where the above prefixes were mapped to UA0  (Asiatic Russian).


I simply am making this update available to anyone who wants to use it.
