[Dxbase] Joe wa6axe -- Hooray!!! FTDX5000 WORKING Dualwatch and SPLIT perfectly

To the owners of the  FTDX5000 radio --- I have been working today with Jim, KE4WY, on
trying to get a truely 100% working radios.ini file entry for this rig ....  

AND -- YES!!!   --- we finally got it going .....

The modifications that we made to the FTDX5000 radios.ini file entry  APPEAR to
be the same modifications that are needed to be made to the  FT-2000  and also the  FTDX9000
...  SO, I am GOING to make new entries for   the   FT-2000 and the  FTDX9000   also ---

I will be posting a new radios.ini file entry to my website ---- 


BUT in the meantime  -- if ANY   FTDX5000 owner ; or FTDX9000 owner; or FT-2000 owner
"wants"  JUST their own ini file entry for their rig -- so that they can test it RIGHT NOW 

just send me a direct email and tell me which  rig you have  ...

FYI  ---  this new file is  SETUP for  DUALWATCH ....   if you DO NOT like the  DUALWATCH
-- pse --- tell me .....

MNI Tnx to Jim for all of his time helping me today -- without HIS EFFORTS -- this modified
FTDX5000 radios.ini file entry would not have been possible ... we used BOTH the TeamViewerQS.exe
program and the FREE Serial Port Monitor program  -- to help US  understand what all was going
on with the  radio and dxbase and the ini file entry ... thru the combined use of these two programs
and JIM's time and HELP -- we made 100% success ...

There are probably OTHER ini file entries that CAN be modified to work 100% correctly - but, we will
take them on as time is available ...
