[Dxbase] New versions

I just rebuilt my PC in my hamshack and I when I do this, I like to research
all my ham programs to be sure I have the most recent versions and
updates...

I apologize, in advance, because I am quite sure this question is out there
asked 100 times before, but I tried to search the archives on qth.net and
this is what I understand.  

I see that there is a new 1.09 version of DXBase 2007 and it is apparently
available on the yahoo groups web site.  But I also see on the blog of
abrohamnealsoftware that there is a new reflector and bug report e-mail.  I
also see a new pricing structure for DXBase as well as one for DXBase 2010
that was posted on February 9th, 2010.  I suspect this has been released
already?

I guess I am little confused, is there a DXBase web site and store where I
can buy recent versions, figure out the state of affairs of DXBase, and
download most recent versions of software?  Is it possible that there is
some "company web site" that I am missing?   This is really a marvelous
program that I have been using since its inception and have been through
virtually every upgrade since.
