[Dxbase] Initialize Tables Only Sees Half of File

Are all the q's from one op???  not sure if this matters...

I have a separate log for the club call that has 60 Q's in it. If I
Initialize Tables it only
reads 39 of the 60 Q's. It looks like the first 21 Q's are not read ??

Can anyone explain this to me ??
