[Dxbase] Prefix Foul-Up

[N3XX]

Go to:

Tools/Database Access/Country Prefixes.
At the bottom of the page select Call Map.
Find callsign TX3T on the list, then go to the prefix field and change the 
mapping to FO.
Click on another line, then exit the mapping window.
Future contacts should now show FO in the prefix field.
This doesn't correct any TX3T contacts already logged.  Go to those and 
manually change the prefix field to FO.
