[Dxbase] Dual Monitor Operation

Gary is right,

The DX info window is one of the windows that doesn't play well on the
second monitor.
If you open everything and then move it to the second monitor it works ok.
But if you close it and reopen the DX info window no longer updates.

Patiently waiting for the next release to fix:

Yeah but...

When you have DXB open on the extended monitor try some of the fields that
have drop boxes for making choices, such as the QSL routing.  I think in
years past there have been comments that while the main program works on the
extended monitor some of the drop box windows do not.  They only work if DXB
is on the original desktop monitor.
