[Dxbase] cluster setup

The Hosts file is c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\Hosts (with no extention).

In XP,one common problem is to open the Hosts file in Notepad and save it as
a Text file (which puts the .txt extention on it, which means that its not
used as the Hosts file by the System.

In Vista/Win7, any changes you make, via DXBase, are not stored in the real
Hosts file but in the virtualStore area. I have found using Notepad is the
only way to do this under Vista/Win7
