Right click in one of the Summary Window band/mode boxes, and you should see
an option to unhide columns. Selecting that option will unhide all bands,
so you will have to hide any you don't want again.
Sorry, I don't know why the countries aren't showing up as Worked Not
Confirmed, unless the wrong band or mode is selected in the DXCC Statistics
window.
