[Dxbase] Summary Window Won't Populate

This happened a long time ago and I discovered that it wouldn't work 
unless the DX Info window and the QSL Info were open as well as the 
summary window.  For some reason, my spots won't populate the summary 
window now.  I can click on a spot and it will populate manually but not 
automatically.  I can't figure out what I have done, if anything.
