[Dxbase] Transmit toolbar problem

This just started the last couple of days.
I have my Transmit Toolbar docked at the bottom of the DXBase window and
only about 3/4" high
But when I click off on to another program and them click back to DXBase
then the height of the
Transmit Toolbar is changed To about 3-4" almost every time. I wonder if
anybody has a cure for this.

I am running:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit (Service Pack 1)
DXBase 2007
8 GB RAM
Processor is Intel(R) Core2(TM) Quad CPU @ 2.4 MHz.
