[Dxbase] Initialization Error on DX Atlas connection

Hi all,

This has been happening for a while. When I attempt to establish a
connection to DX Atlas I get an Initialization Error box and DX Base locks
up tight, requiring me to go in via the Task Manager to kill the process. It
happened under XP and now Win7/64. I'm guessing a corrupt .DLL somewhere but
not sure where to start looking. Any thoughts?
