[Dxbase] QRZ database

I have access to the download version of the QRZ database, how do I 
configure this so that DXbase can use it
I have unpacked the directory to a folder called QRZ on my second hard 
drive

E:\QRZ\

I am using dxbase 2007 on windows XP SP3
If it's not possible currently then could Neil come up with an updated 
DLL please?
Preferably one that can also use the live XML feed that basic 
subscribers to QRZ get access to

in an ideal world DXB would be able to use multiple databases, Such as 
my old copy of RAC as a fall-back when the primary database does not 
return good data
