[Dxbase] QSL Card Help

I have a new printer since the last time I printed cards, and cannot make it work. The printer is an HP Photosmart C5180. I am trying to print directly onto 3.5 x 5.5 cards. No matter which label/card format I select, it seems the printer is looking for 8.5 x 11 paper (including the one I had used before, and saved with my call/date in the file name). Even when I try to create a new one, it does the same thing. When I click on Project / Page Setup, it always says paper size 8.5 x 11 at the top, and I can't find a way to change it. 
 
Is it just me (it has been 2 or 3 years since my last major printing) missing something obvious?
