Ain't that the truth.  Talk about unfulfilled promises...lousy operating 
systems, buggy software, balky networking, spam, malware, viruses, phishing...

If these things were to really be useful tools for the average non-technical 
person, they would be as complicated as an electric can opener.

Alas, the average software engineer can't think like a normal person but wants 
to show how cute he can be.
