[Dxbase] Typed internet commands

The last time I jad this happen removing the dxbase ini file and restarting
the layout was the only way I could get it back

Somehow I have lost the window that allows me to type in packet commands.  I
looked in the help files and found how to use it but not how to get it back.
Anyone have an insight?
