Hi Art

In PowerSDR's Setup window, click on DSP, then on the Keyer subtab. Select a
comm port pair (I use Com17<->7 and select Com17 for the powersdr side).
Set  PTT as RTS and Keying line to DTR.

Then in DXB, in the Tools->CW Options box, select internal DXB keyer and
comm7 as the port.
