I run DXBase 2007 under Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and I didn't have any
problems just doing it the
Normal way. Since mine way 64 bit I had to convert my registration file from
a 32 bit file to a 64 bit
File and that was it.
I guess you just draw some blood beforehand and just hope you don't have to
use it HI.
Happy New Year

Subject: [Dxbase] DXBase and Windows 7 "Pain"
Neil,
I have been reading the "notes of frustration" around DXBase 2007 and
Windows 7 for some time. I have gotten to the point that I really need
Windows 7 capabilities for some other activities and therefore need to
migrate my DXBase 2007 system to Windows 7. Is there a "cannot fail" "step
by step" set of instructions that one can follow to make this change, or is
"personal blood" an absolute requirement? If there is a set of instructions,
where can they be found?
Thanks & Good DX, Merle - W0EWM
