[Dxbase] DXBase and Windows 7 "Pain"

I think a lot of people are falling into this situation.. That is - being 
forced to upgrade their computers because of old age or complete failure .. 
Of course the new computers are supplied ( mostly ) with Win7 - not what 
most of us using Dxbase users want to see ..
I myself am getting to the point where I do multiple backups because my desk 
top is doing strange stuff and it is as old as Grass..

We do need ( I think anyway ) a step by step procedure that we can print out 
and set beside this new beast and follow it along as we try to defeat the 
thing.. There is a lot ( and I am one ) of us that can follow instructions,, 
the type of which we used to get when we were building Heathkit equipment 
( strip back 1/2 inch on one end - strip back 3/4 inch on the other end of 
the green wire),, and I am sure that it would reduce a lot of stress and the 
bombardment of " Help Me's " on the reflector.. I would not limit this type 
of action just to the installation of Win7 but with most all changes that 
are or need to be done -- I think years ago it was called being spoon fed.. 
The files could then be archived or down loaded and saved for future 
reference ..

I know that this would take time but then again answer all the requests for 
help takes time also...
