[Dxbase] 1S not showingup as Spratly Is. Found the problem

Well, again, I think Joe nailed it.  When I carefully read his response.  I noticed the difference in the text between 1S and IS.  Knowing the way I am, a Parkinson's Disease patient, it is easy to lose track of things, especially when looking at fine font on your screen a few feet away.  So I figured I was probably typing, and I asked DXBase fo IS, and it was  telling me faithfully the correct country of Sardinia.  If I had correctly typed in 1S, I think I would have got the correct answer.  In fact, I just tried it and it works fine.  So chalk that one up to pilot error-of my doing.
