[Dxbase] 9M0S is correctly determined in my version

[Bill]

entering it into a log line results in the prefix of 1S
and the Summary Window correctly indicating Spratly Island and showing 
all my previous qsos  with Spratly
(was it Spratly, a long long time ago that the Chinese navy opened fire 
on some hams approaching the island)

like in '79???? or was that Don Miller in '79
my memory is great, just connecting the details that don't work....
