[Dxbase] New Version 4.30 of the Refdata/Logbook Checker & Updater posted

All DXbase2007 users,

I have posted version 4.30 of my program to my website .. this update was strictly
a cosmetic one -- allowing the user to see which files the program is using and also
making the program run a bit faster.  No change made that would require anyone,
who has already run version 4.20, to re-run the program.
