[Dxbase] DXCC Totals Discrepancy

[N3XX]

Does your DXbase count include the two deleted PJ's?
If your DXbase count doesn't include deleted entities, then the counts would 
be off by whatever number of deleted entities you have received DXCC credit 
for.
