[Dxbase] DXCC Totals Discrepancy

I just got my DXCC award credit slip back from the ARRL.  It shows 337 
current MIXED vs. DXBase log of 335.  318 current CW vs. 316 log.  The 
ONLY possibility is that the ARRL is counting two of the new PJs??????  
I didn't submit hard cards and if I had gotten credit via LOTW wouldn't 
they be showing up in my DXBase log since I upload and download 
regularly?????  I didn't think the ARRL was counting the new ones yet 
anyway?  The answer is probably staring me the face but I'm not seeing it.
