[Dxbase] New version 2.20 of DBChecker from Joe wa6axe is available

In this version 2.20 of my Refdata/Logbook Checker program, I have ONE
thing automated -- " if " the program finds ANY Lat/Lon (+/- sign missing)
errors in your Prefix-Pri table or your Alias-Map table or your Call-Map table,
ONCE you finish running the Analyze routine, the BUTTON next to it is called
"Correct Lat/Lon" -- press this button and all of the RED boxes will be GREEN --
and all Lat/Lon corrections automatically made in your Refdata.mdb file ..

Then -- I also have added some extra lines to the   procfile.txt   file to give
better details about what is or could be the problem in the Prefix-Pri table ..
So, when you press the View button (if it is not greyed-out) the TXT file should
have more info/details to help you thru the process.

You might note also -- that I reversed the LOGIC in the Prefix-Pri area's LAT/LON
COUNT -- in that I am now counting the ERRORED Prefixes -- so, a count of ZERO
will now bring up the GREEN boxes -- before the count for green was 400 - because
I was looking at the count of the good lines...

I am going to let this version sit there for a while -- many of you are probably
already GREEN across the BOARD -- after using previous version(s) of my program.
So, this new version is for any of the OTHER DXbase2007 users who would like to
simply check their Refdata and Logbook files.
