Well -- I have the coding to include the   scratchpad.mdb file that will
"used later on with the ULTIMATE version" -- but, I do not want to
mess with the coding (as is right now - which doesn't actually do any
automatic updates) -- so, I have reposted the ZIP file again - and THIS TIME
the scratchpad.mdb file is included .. 

JUST BE SURE that you extract/save BOTH of the files to your DXbase2007
main directory ...

The purpose of the scratchpad.mdb file will be explained in detail - once
I get the ULTIMATE version made ... for NOW - just save the scratchpad.mdb 
file and leave it ...

SORRY GUYS!!!!!  

For the SIX PEOPLE who already downloaded the original (today's) version 2.00
zip file---  pse clear your cache and download the ZIP file again ...
