[Dxbase] Confirming all your QSO's are actually on LoTW

All qsos can be downloaded if you're willing to construct the proper query 
to send to lotw.

Not sure if your confusing Upload with Download.

You Upload your log to LOTW.

You can down load your confirmations from LOTW.

You can not down load your entire log from LOTW unless you make a special 
request to the DXCC desk, you can view what you have uploaded to LOTW on the 
LOTW web site.

I only have about 19,000 QSOs uploaded.

So what is on your mind? Is there some QSO's in question and why?
