[Dxbase] Confirming all your QSO's are actually on LoTW

I could not get the adi/csv conversion routine to work. I keep getting
an error message that it could not open the lotwreport.adi file ??

Now when I saved it, it saved as a Word doc. Maybe I should change
it to a txt file ??
