[Dxbase] SOLVED -- DM780(HRD) to DXBase QSO Forwarding Problem

I appreciate those who responded to my query on this subject.
 
The solution was to check the "run as adminstrator" box in the Security/ Compatibility under HRD Properties. I had done this for DXBase as outlined in Neal's instructions -- but not HRD. I assume that this was blocking some dll activity. Nice to have it all working in Windows 7!
