[Dxbase] CC Cluster Hosts file

Everyone has their own reasons where they would like to connect for DX spots,
I prefer only CC Cluster Nodes.  So I went and looked for every CC Cluster node
I could find and the information between the ************* lines is 
what's in my
hosts file.  You could copy everything and place in your hosts file and use.
These were all tested and worked just fine.  See below...

I also tested the following but could not get a connection or did not 
seem to log in.

There could be several reasons they did not work, the address could be wrong,
K8SMC was never removed from their node list and so on.  If you happen to be
one of the above and you see something wrong with the address, send me a
direct E-mail to:  terry at k8smc.net
I'll add them in and make a new file and re post in a few days.
Also if you have a CC Cluster up and running send that to me to add 
to the file.
