[Dxbase] Now Have Experience (No Problems)

Posting this mainly for Neal and Joe.  No comments necessary!
Installed last night, everything went smooth on my XP Pro machine.

Thought I had a problem, country count did not come up 
correctly.  Gave it some thought and realized I had saved my mdb 
files just before I had downloaded from LoTW.  Just went back to LoTW 
and downloaded the last couple of months and imported.  All just fine.

Had to go in and change some of my preferences, things like Keep 
Alive Timer, and Internet CMDs.

Only thing that needs fixing is being able to connect to CC USER, but 
I'll figure that out, it connects to different nodes just fine but 
not 127.0.0.1 localhost ypoxkjlg as it did before.
