[Dxbase] DXCC Report substitutions

Hi Gary. Instructions clear and understood. However it did not work.
None of the DXCC check boxes were populated in the entries I wanted removed. Once I put the check mark in the desired QSO select-dxcc-check-box, it certainly became highlighted, but when I ran INITIALIZE TABLES and produced the report again. The old QSL data was still on the report.
Not sure what I am doing wrong.
