[Dxbase] RA/ callsigns, spots in DX Info window for unknown country

Thanks for the info. I was wondering the same thing when I worked Larry last
evening. I sure wish that countries would assign prefixes so you can tell
where they are. (Like the TO prefixes!)

Latest spots show Trey as RA/N6TR. He is at the station of RW0CN (RA0C
Khabarovsk) in Zone 19.
RA/SM6LRR and RA/DL5EBE were / are in Moscow some time ago so it seems
that you can not see from the RA prefix if the station is in European or
Asian Russia.
