[Dxbase] Newest BUILD (BETA) for Version 1.09 is at the Yahoo Groups website

Thanks Neal for the quick response.

What I am trying to understand is whether there is any need to upgrade 
to v1.09.  I am currently running v1.07 on XP Pro and have no issues.

My inclination is to wait for v10 unless there is some "whiz-bang" in 
v1.09 that I am missing out on.
