[Dxbase] Version 1.09 new installer ready for download a HELP with BETA testing

I just installed Neal's newest  build/installer and we are REALLY GETTING there!!!

It is now time -- if anyone wants to help out with the real BETA testing, to download
the Version 1.09 BETA -- be sure to clear your CACHE ---

The installer/program is really ready now for the DXbase Users to take the ball
and run with it -- just use version 1.09 and see if you can find anything that would
be a BUG.

I have installed the newest on my Windows7 64 bit laptop -- and each of the items
that we have talked real recently with Neal about (while BETA testing) has been taken
care of nicely ... 

The only item that isn't in the install right now - but, if really not that big a thing --
as I can POST the file to my website and YAHOO ... is the dxccfnt.rpt  FRONT PAGE
of your DXCC Application is still an old version ... but, let's RUN with this newest installer
(as it is) and see if the BETA can in a week or so - become a full-fledged Version 1.09 ..
