[Dxbase] DX Base and Windows 7 64 bit

I have just purchased a Dell 64 bit with Windows 7.  I created a directory
on my C: drive dxbase_2007 and installed all files associated with DX base
to that location.  

 

Prior to installing the registration file I lowered the UAC security to the
bottom.  

 

When I start DXbase I continue to get the trial notification.  Can someone
please tell me what I need to do or edit to complete the install process?
I'm sure it is a registry issue but I will need a little hand holding to
edit this file.

 

One other issue.I noticed the IP host file is blank.  When I go to Tools,
Options, User Options under the Internet tab the IP Host box is blank.
