[Dxbase] Mix2Dxbase6

Ben,

Looking at the actual CODE that is used in the Mix2Dxb.exe program -- there
is NO option setup to STOP the program from sending the FREQ ..

As currently setup - it simply sends the FREQ along with the other data .. 
Apparently back in 2002 - the thought of NOT sending the freq info to DXbase
was not an option -- as made by the author of the Mix2DXB.exe program
