[Dxbase] Summary vs. LoTW credits

Hi Bill


Your just going to have to suck it up and go through things manually.   LOTW 
credit is correct, with that in mind go through the MATRIX compare them and find 
out what DXBase gave you credit for and LOTW did not. 

There is no easy way to do it.

LOTW has adjusted total cause of the PJs.
