[Dxbase] DXBase 2007 and Windows 7 Glitch?

Keep it on the main monitor, xp does that as well, I assume something to do
with the monitor, I have seen other software act stupid until I move it back
to main...

I have some videos that will blank out if I drag to second monitor, while it
plays.

I assume a windows thing causing it
