[Dxbase] DXBase 2007 and Windows 7 Glitch?

I have installed DxBase 2007 on my new Windows 7 PC according the Neal's 
recommendations but I am having several problems that appear to "window" 
related.

1st (minor) - when I adjust the column width of the VHF Packet or the 
Internet Cluster windows then exit DxBase the column width adjustments are 
not saved (i.e. when I reopen DxBase the column width reverted)

2nd (NOT so minor) - When using dual monitors and I have DxBase on the 
extended monitor none of the drop down menus in the QSO log window will drop 
down.  If I drag DxBase back to the main monitor the drop down menus work. 
Drag it back to the extended monitor, don't work.

Any ideas out there?
