or, if you are log in many, many and many paper qso's, you can use:
http://www.df3cb.com/fle/index.html
Very easy to use, and very fast qso's input; no input of "same info" 
(like DATE) or
just you must type "1" if your GMT of before qso it is 09:00 and the 
next one it is 09:01.
at the end export on ADIF and import in to DXbase.....
I used it for my old VHF "paper-qso", around 1980 years (say more then 
7000) !
