[Dxbase] CW Computer USB Interface Cable

I have a CW Computer USB Interface Cable from Radioarena in UK
It will not work with DXbase.

The CW Computer USB interface works with N1MM Contest logger.
Com 4 with adress 000.

I run setup from in the 98ME_2k_XP directory on the drivers cd.
The CW Computer USB interfase shows up as Prolific USB-To-Serial Comm Port (Com4)
But there is no address assigned to Com4. Therefor I used 000 (which worked with N1MM)
I run DXBDVR from DXbase directory, and have set up DXbase according to manual.
In DXBDVR I have set Com4 port address to 000.

The registry for DXbase shows Com4 with address 000.

The Internal DXbase Keyer and Dxb24 COM4 is anabled in CW Interface Setup.

Any help?
