[Dxbase] PJ and UA problem

I heard from the ARRl and Bernie from Daily DX this weekend that they still do 
no know how the new countries will be split up.

They said once the country is deleted it stays deleted and a new country will 
come about.  So then new PJ could be 3 or 4 new ones they are not sure. 

There are 2 other new ones will evolve like Kosovo but will not ever happen 
until the Unites Nations recognize them.  them same with the new PJ countries.

So as we get closer to 10/10/10 hopefully we will learn more and be more 
accurate information.
