[Dxbase] LoTW Import

In my attempt to take the great leap forward into the present, I would 
like to import my LoTW confirmed Q's into DXB2007.

There was some chatter about that in the past, but I didn't save the 
info. Can someone point me in the right direction ?

Also, I have a number of Q's already shown as confirmed by LoTW, so can 
I just over-write those ?
