[Dxbase] PJ Update Yourself..

Greg's instructions all worked well here also. I entered a few of the new 
ones in the log and all worked as expected. Thanks Greg.. (I paper logged 
all the DXPeditions waiting for the update - now to enter them all. Hi Hi)

Just a heads up, the deleted entities of PJ2 and PJ7 can be field checked 
through 31 December 2010. but after 1 January 2011 they are "Officially" 
deleted and can no longer be field checked. So now is the time to have them 
checked if you have the need.
