[Dxbase] Hello DXbase Family

Greetings to Neal and several familiar callsigns :-),

Originally came on board with DXbase 2004 and have upgraded with each new 
release.  Just now joining the "reflector" and have read through all the ones 
concerning the much anticipated "PJ update."  Appreciate all the knowledge 
shared thus far and the work going on to make it simple and seamless.
