[Dxbase] PJ Updater status

  I feel for you.
Fortunately for me, 40 years of brick/stone mason and at the same time 
25 years of Firefighting, and never a backache. 'No brain, no pain.'
But in both the above occupations, I knew (and had employees) with back 
problems.

Hope this helps you return to your past glories as a football middle 
linebacker...

And I scratch also, but not conciously, much to my wife and families 
embarrasement.
I inherited that trait from my dogs.
I do NOT lick myself though.
