[Dxbase] Help problems under Win7

I have Win7/64 installed and DX Base up and running but I’m still having
problems with the WinHelp32 system. I can launch the reqested help pages
but  I get a popup stating “There was a problem running the macro.”
Additionally, the “Help Topic” button no longer works.s Any idea why I’m
getting this? I installed WinHelp32.exe directly off Microsoft’s updater and
rebooted after installation.
