[Dxbase] Previous QSO Toolbar

Sorry I have taken so long to get back to my problem.  

 

I have lost my QSO Toolbar.  (Well, almost).  When I open it from the View
dropdown menu all I get is a single digit wide bar with an X button at the
top and about one-half inch white box.  This can be moved around but it
cannot be expanded to show any information.  When I grab an pull the bottom
it expands and stays where I leave it, but when I grab and pull the right
side nothing happens.  When I grab and pull the left side it appears to
stretch out but when I let go the little box jumps to where I left the left
side.  Grabbing and pulling the top has no effect, same as the right side.

 

I am using XP with plenty of memory and have had no such problem in ten
years of using this program.  I have tried deleting the .ini and restarting
the program but the same thing happens.  I have received some suggestion but
they did not work.  Anybody else have a glue as to how to correct this
problem?
