Hi Bill

Hopefully this weekend will see the release of the updater for beta testers.

The updater will validate your refdata so that it is current in respect to
the latest country files, etc. Everyone should keep it on hand in case their
getting errors on importing/initializing data.

I will also publish a 'how  to' for those not wanting the updater.
